SAP Ariba Solution Architect

As part of a strategic Source-to-Pay expansion program, we are currently seeking a SAP Ariba Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of new Ariba modules within an international SAP environment.

Role Purpose

Support the expansion of the Source-to-Pay landscape by leading the Detailed Level Design (DLD) for new SAP Ariba Sourcing and Reporting & Strategic Planning modules.

You will shape an approved and implementable solution design in close collaboration with technical teams and the existing SAP HANA / BTP organization, ensuring full integration with S/4HANA and alignment with the current Guided Buying architecture.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead the Detailed Level Design (DLD) for SAP Ariba Sourcing and Reporting & Strategic Planning modules.

• Design and document all required integrations with S/4HANA.

• Produce comprehensive DLDs covering Ariba Sourcing, Reporting, and all related S/4HANA interfaces.

• Present solution designs for internal technical review and incorporate feedback until final approval.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to define technical resource needs for the delivery phase.

• Advance the technical understanding and high-level design of SAP Taulia to support scope definition and resourcing planning.

Profile

• Strong experience in SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Reporting).

• Deep knowledge of Ariba–S/4HANA integration patterns.

• Familiarity with SAP BTP.

• Proven experience producing Detailed Level Designs (DLDs) and technical documentation.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Hands-on professional with a rigorous, proactive mindset (not purely theoretical or managerial).

• Fluent or native English (mandatory).

• Availability for occasional travel within the EU.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP Taulia.
