Job Description
HYBRID role in WARSAW, Poland (not a remote opportunity!)
You will work in Banking Data area for Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the development of technical solutions that drive operational efficiency and improve data management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and understand their business requirements related to lending products.
- Assist in the analysis and documentation of business requirements.
- Support the development of technical solutions and work with IT development teams to implement them.
- Participate in data analysis and help identify trends and patterns to improve data management processes for lending products.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data dictionaries, data models, and other documentation.
- Support project management, including tracking project timelines, resources, and budget.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and assist in reporting project status.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions within scope and on-time.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) environment is a must.
- English (at least B2+ level).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Knowledge and experience in CIB lending products, knowledge of distribution methods is strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and SQL is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, IT or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from related projects.
