Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to lead the creation and evolution of our AI Native Transformation Playbook. This pivotal role will guide the organization in its journey to become AI-native by designing operational frameworks, standards, and enablement materials that support scalable and sustainable transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating Model & Framework Design: Define structures, principles, and best practices for transitioning to an AI-native operating model.
Documentation & Standardization: Develop processes, governance models, roles, events, guidelines, templates, checklists, and reference materials to ensure consistency across all transformation initiatives.
Enablement & Training: Create training programs, guides, and practical tools to empower teams in adopting AI-driven practices effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Iterate and enhance the playbook based on feedback, lessons learned, and evolving business needs.
Methodology & Development Lifecycle Support: Apply expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and project development lifecycles to operationalize transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business transformation, operations, strategy, or related fields.
Proven ability to design and document complex frameworks, processes, or methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in change management, organizational design, or enablement programs is highly valued.
Familiarity with digital transformation or AI concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
