Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As a Developer Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development life cycle within the Santander technological ecosystem. Your duties include:
Technical Design: Designing solutions based on business requirements.
Programming: Developing, coding, and implementing software solutions using Python and PL/SQL.
Testing & Deployment: Executing unit tests, managing deployments, and ensuring seamless system integration.
Documentation: Acting as the lead for technical documentation and providing evidence of testing (ALM).
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate must demonstrate an Intermediate level across the following skill sets:
Mandatory Skills:
Python: Strong proficiency in application development and scripting.
PL/SQL: Deep knowledge of relational database management, complex queries, and stored procedures.
GitHub: Solid experience with version control and collaborative workflows.
Desired Skills (Added Value):
Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning: Previous experience or theoretical knowledge in AI/ML models.
Finance & Accounting: Understanding of balance sheets and financial statements.
