Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive DevSecOps engineer to help our teams unifying software development and IT operations, not only building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for different purposes (automate testing, integration, deployment) but ensuring compliance wi security end-to-end (securing CI/CD pipelines, adopting specific security components, managing secrets in secure vaults, etc).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with development teams by adopting existing CI/CD pipelines and the client’s security standards.
Ensuring compliance with the client’s security environment (DevSecOps mindset).
Managing incidents using and adopting existing CI/CD pipelines and the client’s security practices.
Building and maintaining new CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, integration, and deployment.
Collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to enhance reliability and performance.
Managing infrastructure and services in Private Cloud (OHE) and Public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Monitoring system performance and responding to incidents to ensure uptime and reliability.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in English
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting abilities.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
- Security Best Practices (DevSecOps Mindset)
- Proficiency with CI/CD Tools (i.e. GitHub Actions)
- Strong Scripting and Automation Skills using programming languages like Bash, Python and PowerShell.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible, Terraform
- Containerization and Orchestration using docker, kubernetes, helm and openshift.
- Familiarity with Monitoring and Logging tools like ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana.
- Familiarity with Agile Culture and tools like Jira, Confluence.
- Cloud Infrastructure Management knowledge (AWS, AZURE, GCP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge on security, networking and Linux/Windows administration
- Previous experience working in Agile and DevSecOps environments.
- Certifications in Cloud Architectures AWS, AZURE, GCP or related technologies like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, dashboards creation and management
