In addition to selling bicycles, cycling apparel, components, and accessories from leading brands, the company also provides maintenance and upgrade services through its in-store mechanical departments. Primeau Vélo operates both an e-commerce platform and physical retail locations in Brossard and Laval, serving cycling enthusiasts across the province.

LS Retail offered the ability to manage point-of-sale operations, service departments, purchasing, and financial processes within one integrated environment, while also connecting seamlessly with the company’s Magento e-commerce platform.

Today, Primeau Vélo operates all its stores on the LS Retail platform, with full integration between its physical locations and its online store.

Centralizing operations has significantly simplified data management. Product details, pricing, promotions, customer records, and service information only need to be entered once, with updates automatically synchronized across all systems and channels.

The new platform has delivered several operational improvements:
