• Lead workshops with HR and Payroll departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Implementation & Configuration: Design and configure SAP HR/HCM modules, with a primary focus on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
• Transition to Cloud: Support clients in their journey from On-Premise to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Support & Evolution: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing payroll schemas and rules.

• Experience: At least 7 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Consultant with a strong track record in Payroll.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP HR/HCM.
• Interest or prior experience with SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Ability to debug.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical mindset, excellent organization (essential for high-performance team environments), and a collaborative "team player" attitude.
• Languages: Fluent French and a professional level of English.
