Se rapportant au/à la Directeur(trice) Modern Workplace, le/la Consultant(e) SharePoint & Purview est membre de l'équipe Modern Workplace & AI Workforce Solutions. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la réalisation des projets M365, notamment les migrations documentaires, l’administration SharePoint Online et la mise en œuvre des politiques de gouvernance et de conformité Microsoft Purview.

Dans ce rôle, vous contribuez à l’excellence opérationnelle en participant à toutes les étapes des projets : analyse, migration, validation et documentation. Vous apportez votre expertise technique, collaborez étroitement avec les architectes et les équipes clients, et participez au développement continu des pratiques d’innovation autour de SharePoint Premium, Purview avancé et des agents IA.

Votre mission consiste à :

Excellence opérationnelle

• Réaliser et piloter des migrations documentaires de bout en bout vers SharePoint Online (ShareGate, SPMT).
• Gérer la configuration, l’administration et la gouvernance des environnements Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange).

Connaissance métier

• Mettre en place et maintenir les politiques de sécurité, de conformité et de protection de l’information via Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, compliance).
• Produire et maintenir la documentation technique (architecture, plans de migration, guides d’exploitation).

Collaboration et esprit d’équipe

• Collaborer avec l’Architecte Solutions lors des phases de cadrage client, en apportant une expertise technique.
• Participer activement aux ateliers clients, à la collecte des besoins et à l’analyse d’impacts.

Partage des connaissances

• Contribuer à la veille technologique sur les sujets M365 et IA.
• Participer à la création de méthodologies internes, d’accélérateurs et au partage de connaissances avec l’équipe.

Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Modern Workplace, the SharePoint & Purview Consultant is part of the Modern Workplace & AI Workforce Solutions team. You will play a key role in delivering M365 initiatives, including document migrations, SharePoint Online administration, and the implementation of Microsoft Purview governance and compliance policies.

In this role, you contribute to operational excellence throughout all phases of the projects: analysis, migration, validation, and documentation. You bring strong technical expertise, collaborate closely with solution architects and client teams, and help advance innovation within the practice, particularly around SharePoint Premium, advanced Purview capabilities, and AI agents.

Your mission consists of:

Operational Excellence

• Lead and execute end-to-end document migrations to SharePoint Online (ShareGate, SPMT).
• Configure, administer, and govern Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange).

Industry Knowledge

• Deploy and maintain information protection, security, and compliance policies through Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, compliance).
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (architecture, migration plans, operational guides).

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Support the Solutions Architect during client scoping phases by providing technical expertise.
• Participate in client workshops, requirements gathering, and impact assessments.

Knowledge Sharing

• Contribute to technology watch activities on M365 and AI.
• Contribute to internal methodologies, accelerators, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Expertise technique :

• Maîtrise de SharePoint Online, ShareGate, SPMT, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Teams & OneDrive.
• Compétences en Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, compliance).

Expérience sectorielle :

• Participation à 3 à 5 projets complets de migration SharePoint.
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en administration ou migration Microsoft 365 / SharePoint.

Réalisations M365 / Purview :

• Expérience démontrée dans l’implémentation de politiques de gouvernance et de sécurité.
• Connaissances en GED, Azure AD / Entra ID.

Formation :

• Diplôme pertinent en informatique, technologies de l’information ou expérience équivalente.
• Certifications souhaitées : MS-900, MS-102, SC-400 (optionnel : MS-721, AZ-900).

Communication :

• Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais afin notamment de communiquer avec une clientèle située partout en Amérique du Nord.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Strong skills in SharePoint Online, ShareGate, SPMT, Microsoft 365 Administration, Teams, OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, compliance).

Industry Experience:

• Completed 3 to 5 end‑to‑end SharePoint migration projects.
• 3 to 5 years in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint administration or migration roles.

M365 / Purview Achievements:

• Experience implementing governance and security policies.
• Knowledge of EDM, Azure AD / Entra ID.

Education:

• Relevant degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred certifications: MS‑900, MS‑102, SC‑400 (optional: MS‑721, AZ‑900).

Communication:

• Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America.
