Promoting female talents
We are committed to reinforce our gender balance ecosystem, to create a supporting work environment for women through the international program Women@Talan.
With the skills paths, a space of mutual help, and the opportunity to promote and invest in developing women’s talent, we aim to guarantee gender equality in the higher ranks on the corporate ladder.

By cultivating diversity and favoring an inclusive work environment, we believe we can attract and retain the best talents, boost innovation and reinforce our employees engagement.
The goal of Women@Talan, our international program launched in 2023, is to encourage women to reach new heigths:
- Promote equal opportunity: ensuring that women and men benefit from the same career opportunities.
- Reinforce feminine leadership: standing for women in their professional development and helping them to reach management roles.
- Create an inclusive work environment: implementing policies and practices favoring inclusion and diversity.
“Women@Talan's” initiative is a committed approach that aims to promote gender equality and inclusivity within our company.
Promoting and investing in female talent development
- Development of the feminine leadership program “Effet A”. Providing talented women the tools and resources they need to succeed while developing the necessary skills to reach their career goals, helping them to reach leadership positions.
30 women trained in 2024, more than 80 women since the program was started.
- Implementation of role models. We value women in managerial positions, making their career an inspiring example. These women, representing Talan’s different entities, have volunteered and their missions are to share, inspire, motivate and promote women’s inclusion in leadership positions.
- Developement of a Women in Tech community. A supportive community where women in technical jobs can connect, share their knowledge, their experiences.

Create a work environment that encourage women’s ambitions
- Management support through the performance cycle to assure a fair assessment between women and men, ensuring the equity in reviews, salary increases and promotions.
- Remote work policy: we pay special attention to the wellbeing of our pregnant employees offering adapted telecommuting arrangements.
- Awareness-raising actions for everyone through conferences and panel discussions.
- Training programs for managers to prevent and fight against harassment in the workplace.
