We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead the development and lifecycle of strategic IT products for a key client in the international banking sector.
Job Description
🚀 WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE:
As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for the technical performance and development of a digital banking product, ensuring its continuous improvement across its full lifecycle. You will act as a key interface between the business and development teams, leading the delivery of scalable solutions and overseeing backlog refinement, quality assurance, and release coordination.
You will ensure that technical standards are met, manage dependencies, and proactively support digital transformation initiatives focused on user experience optimization and operational efficiency.
🧠 RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
🧭 Translate user stories into technical tasks and define "ready/done" criteria.
🛠️ Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of the IT product.
🔁 Support backlog prioritization and defect resolution.
🧪 Coordinate testing and acceptance processes.
🧬 Manage dependencies and align with other technical owners and stakeholders.
📊 Monitor progress and identify risks/opportunities.
🛠️ TECH STACK & EXPERIENCE:
+6 years in IT projects with full-stack development experience.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, C++, Swift, or similar.
Familiar with API integrations, microservices, and agile testing practices.
Experience in digital transformation and banking/financial services projects is a plus.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
