We’re looking for a QA Test Manager to join a dynamic team in a high-impact environment within the financial services industry. If you're passionate about quality assurance, skilled in both manual and automated testing, and ready to contribute to digital transformation in banking, this role is for you!

🔍 Your Responsibilities:

• Testing Strategy: Design and implement end-to-end test strategies aligned with project goals.
• Execution: Perform functional, integration, system, and regression tests (manual & automated).
• Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with QA best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Bug Tracking: Use tools like JIRA/XRay to document, prioritize, and follow up on issues.
• Automation: Lead and maintain automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, business, and release management teams.
• Reporting: Provide regular status updates and testing KPIs.
• UAT Coordination: Define user acceptance testing strategies and acceptance criteria with business teams.
• Data Validation: Write and execute SQL scripts to verify data integrity.

🎓 What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in QA, preferably in the banking sector.
• Understanding of security testing and banking regulations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Solid experience with SQL, test automation tools (e.g. Selenium), and ideally with Java or Python.
• Previous exposure to Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Murex is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in JIRA and XRay for test management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
