Diversity and inclusion at Talan

At Talan, we believe that diversity is a driver of lasting performance. It fuels innovation, raises the quality of our work, and makes day-to-day professional life better for everyone.
Building a more balanced workforce takes concrete action, structured support, and a culture of equality championed at every level of the Group.
That commitment is what our international program Women@Talan, launched in 2023, is built on.
Women@Talan: advancing female talent
Women@Talan exists to encourage women to own their ambitions and pursue leadership roles in a genuinely inclusive workplace.
This international program gives structure to our approach to gender equality and inclusion. It brings together awareness-building, skills development, and targeted initiatives to remove barriers to advancement, support career growth, and increase women's representation at every level.
By building a more diverse organization, we strengthen team engagement, make the Group a more attractive employer, and sharpen our ability to innovate.
