You will join a dynamic team responsible for developing and maintaining real-time trading solutions within a leading FX (Foreign Exchange) technology environment.

Your primary focus will be on Java-based systems, with opportunities to contribute to Node.js components and work with industry-standard protocols and platforms.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in real-time Java development.
• Languages: Advanced English proficiency
• Technical Tools: Solid experience with GitHub and JaCoCo Java Code Coverage.

• Java: Advanced level
• GitHub: Advanced level 
• JaCoCo Java Code Coverage: Advanced level 
• Applications Development: Advanced level 
• Software Change Analysis & Control: Intermediate level 

Highly Desirable Experience

• Product Expertise: Proven expertise in implementing solutions within the Caplin product.
• Protocols: Solid experience with the FIX protocol, including the design and implementation of FIX-based integrations.
• Node.js: Practical experience with Node.js, particularly in the context of financial or trading systems.

Additional Qualities

• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in the financial services sector, especially in FX or trading platforms, is a significant plus.
