Job Description

As part of the GTB TWC for the Receivables product at CIB, you will contribute to the functional design of tools,  including Data Lakes and dashboards, that support the Receivables product.

Working in an agile environment, you will act as a bridge between the development team and different product stakeholders, helping to translate business requirements into actionable tasks (Jira), and supporting the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into Jira user stories using the correct acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
  • Propose technological and operational solutions that add value to the business.
  • Support Business Management change.
  • Generate documentation on the product's Operating Model.
  • Execute user tests and report the results (UAT).
  • Become an expert in the Receivables product and its operational management.
  • Ensure compliance with the dates of the deliverables and their economic execution. 
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, Operations, Business, technology teams, and team leaders. 
  • Excellent capabilities to manage complex and changing environments. 
  • Interpersonal solid & intercultural and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Less than 1 year experience with agile / Scrum methodology
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent through experience
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and execution of user testing. 
  • Jira and Confluence tools knowledge.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Generation of documentation and presentations. Highly analytical profile and ability to know the detail.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance financial products is a plus.
  • Occasional travel to the head office in Madrid.
  • Financial Concepts, Credit Risks, Payment Methods, and Accounting will be a plus
