What will you be doing?

• Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel, PowerBI, and Qlik.
• Provide support in IT and cloud processes (Azure, AWS).
• Contribute to IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
• Participate in cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with international stakeholders in agile teams.
• Oversee IT processes and infrastructure, lead banking treasury process optimization, and mentor junior team members.

What are we looking for?

• At least three years of experience with ITSM.
• At least three years of experience in support and technical analysis: Excel, PowerBI and other MS tools.
• Knowledge in Cloud environments, Azure, AWS.
• Experience in supervision of infrastructure and IT processes.
• Teamwork with agile methodologies.
• Good Communication skills with different stakeholders.
• English B2-C1 and nice to have Spanish level C1-B2.
• AI no-code knowledge is an asset.
