ConSoRe : le moteur de recherche oncologique développé par Coexya, a Talan company pour Unicancer

The Challenge
We enabled Comprehensive Cancer Centers to make use of the growing volume of structured and unstructured data collected during patient care, to build patient cohorts and accelerate oncology research.
The Solution
Coexya supported Unicancer in designing and developing ConSoRe, which today relies on Odymine, their solution for collecting multimodal real-world data for retrospective cohort studies, offering a longitudinal 360° patient view in compliance with GCP and GDPR: requirements gathering, architecture, integration of the different centers' information systems, implementation of standardized reference data, natural language processing for analyzing medical reports, data indexing, and deployment of a unified research portal, with progressive extension across the entire network.
The Impact
ConSoRe enables multi-criteria search in seconds, a 360° view of each patient's care pathway, and cohort sharing between centers. Ten years after its launch, the tool has become a reference in the French hospital landscape and has given rise to new programs such as Unibase and ONCO-DS.
