The Challenge
We supported Ramsay Santé, Europe's leading private healthcare group, through a long-term Data & AI transformation, from defining the strategy to scaling use cases, across a highly fragmented IT landscape of more than 200 healthcare facilities.
The Solution
Since 2020, Talan has supported Ramsay Santé across its entire Data & AI journey: implementing an MDM to make group-wide reference data reliable, deploying a Cloud Data & AI Platform (Databricks@Azure) with a Data Mesh approach, building a sovereign Health Data Warehouse and a GenAI platform, and rolling out data sharing across all entities. Talan also led a GenAI programme structured in three phases (launch, training and test & learn, prioritisation and scale-up), delivering a private ChatGPT in six weeks, as well as deploying the HM Parcours (ERP-DPI) system across 153 facilities in France.
The Impact
More than €10 million in cumulative savings and 30+ Data & AI use cases in production, backed by 300 trained Data Stewards and 12 high-ROI use cases (BI, operational intelligence, AI). The GenAI programme mobilised 50 champions across France and the Nordics and generated more than 100 use case ideas, with 3 agents already in production, including an internal group chatbot. A research partnership with Unicancer (ROI of €450k) and 6 commercial partnerships with external companies complete the innovation momentum.
