Talan joins the Select level of the Claude Partner Network

Today, many large companies have AI pilots that work. But between a successful pilot and a solution actually used by the teams, there is still an essential step: integrating it into the realities of the business and the company.
At Talan, we have embedded this approach around AI Pilots focusing on Scale & Adoption. It starts with the business process, and KPIs that will measure the results. It continues with the integration of AI with existing data and systems, through to production and adoption by the teams.
Talan also applies this approach to its own business, with Claude already successfully integrated into their workflows.
From experimentation to adoption
AI doesn't create value if it fails to meet a legitimate need or painpoint that can enable greater efficiencies that the business can truly measure.
This is why Talan starts with business challenges and expected results. AI capabilities, especially those of Claude, are then integrated into the company's data and systems, with identified constraints and technological environment.
Adoption is another essential condition. Talan supports its customers until the teams are fully transitioned in using the solutions on a daily basis. A solution, no matter how effective, does not produce an impact if it remains confined to a pilot or if the teams do not use it frequently. Scaling up therefore also means supporting users and making these new tools an integral part of business practices.
A team, from strategy to production
This approach brings together several areas of expertise within the same team.
Strategy and management consultants start with diagnosing the key business challenges, building the business case and defining the KPIs that will measure the results.
AI architects design and integrate solutions into existing environments, taking into account data, systems, and business constraints.
The engineers then take charge of their development and production.
This continuity makes it possible to maintain the link between the business need, the technological solution, and its actual use with the same objective: to obtain measurable results.
This approach is now being implemented with clients from a variety of sectors, including banking and financial services, energy and utilities, transport and mobility, healthcare, manufacturing, luxury goods and retail.
Talan is committed to results, measured from each client's own KPIs.
Measuring acceleration and controlling costs
Scaling up also raises a critical question on how to find the right balance between performance and costs.
To meet these challenges, Talan has a multi-model platform that routes each request to the most suitable model and arbitrates between the complexity of the task and the cost of use. A developer, an analyst or a customer relationship center advisor does not necessarily need the same model and does not generate the same cost. The objective remains the same: to measure the acceleration enabled by AI on the company's KPIs and verify that it translates into demonstrable impact.
For example, an AI agent deployed to process commercial orders in the industrial sector can reduce processing time from about one hour, to two or three minutes per order. Annually, this represents approx 2,400 hours, which is a significant return on investment in terms of efficiency in just over six months.
A new step with Anthropic
The Claude Partner Network is the program through which Anthropic collaborates with companies that put Claude into production for their customers. The Services Track recognizes partners who develop a certified delivery team, implement Claude use cases for their customers, and demonstrate these achievements through public customer references. Partners progress through four levels: Certified, Select, Preferred, and Global Premier.
For Talan, this exciting new step with Anthropic extends an approach already underway: moving from pilot to scale, supporting adoption and measuring results on the KPIs that really matter to businesses.
Through its expertise in Data & AI, consulting and technology, Talan supports its customers in the design, integration and production of artificial intelligence solutions adapted to their business challenges.
