The Challenge

Taking a strategic step by building a cryptoasset exchange platform integrated into existing mobile and web customer spaces, with the ambition of offering a secure, regulated and trustworthy service able to compete with pure players while drawing on the backing of a major banking group.

The Solution

Talan mobilized a multidisciplinary team of 45 consultants over 20 months to design, build and deploy the platform: modern microservices architecture on GCP, delivery through an Agile Release Train with 6 feature teams and a cross-functional team, full-stack development (back-end, mobile-first front-end, data, DevSecOps, IS integration), then production rollout and stabilization with Go Live support, alpha/beta testing and load ramp-up.

The Impact

The platform went into production in early December 2025, with a complete customer journey (advanced KYC, investor profiling), direct integration into the bank's mobile and web spaces, and 13 cryptoassets available at launch (buy, sell, custody, crypto-to-crypto swap). The program concluded with a successful rollout and an exemplary co-build partnership between the client and Talan, on a dedicated project floor in Paris.
