Directeur des offres Blockchain & Digital Assets

Alain BROUSTAIL

Graduated from ESCP Business School in 2002, Alain Broustail began his career in business development and complex project management within software vendors serving the financial sector (credit & leasing, financial market data). In 2011, he joined Sword Group, where he held a dual role as Head of Digitalization Consulting and Coordinator of Banking Activities for Continental Europe.

Driven by innovation, he progressively contributed to the development of pioneering offerings in electronic signature, artificial intelligence applied to KYC processes, next-generation search engines, and back-office automation through RPA. In late 2017, he discovered blockchain technology, which has since become the central thread of his professional journey.

Sword Group became Coexya in 2021 and joined the Talan Group at the end of 2024. Over the years, Alain has personally contributed to more than 40 projects in the digital assets and crypto space, including the launch of crypto services by major banking groups, issuance of tokenized financial instruments, real estate tokenization, stablecoins and new payment methods, as well as blockchain infrastructures for institutional players.

Alain Broustail is also widely recognized for his expertise in the use of blockchain for data sharing and digital proof. He has applied these technologies to concrete use cases across multiple industries: electronic signature (notably with the launch of the Tediji by Talan platform – https://www.tediji.eu/), traceability in the textile industry, sports community engagement, green energy certification, and anti-fraud solutions for the luxury sector.

A frequent speaker and experienced trainer, he also serves as an academic program lead on decentralized finance topics, is a board member of the Ligue pour la Sécurité du Web3, and a member of the AFNOR Blockchain Standardization Committee. He regularly contributes to articles and white papers and is the author of the book “Using Blockchain Technology Effectively in Enterprises”, published by De Boeck Supérieur in 2021.
