Vicky is an experienced Change Management consultant with over 20 years’ expertise in digital transformation. She specialises in business change and adoption, helping organisations successfully embed new ways of working and realise the full value of transformation programmes.
She has led large-scale initiatives across a range of industries, including the implementation of ERP platforms such as IFS, SAP and Oracle, the delivery of complex business transformations, and the design and activation of new operating models. Prior to joining Nine Feet Tall, Vicky held roles at DXC, HP and TCS, where she combined strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to support organisations navigating complex change across both the public and private sectors.
Vicky is passionate about continuous learning and the evolving role of AI in organisations, particularly its impact on learning and development. She brings curiosity and insight to conversations about the future of work. Outside of her consulting role, Vicky enjoys a wide range of sports, with a particular interest in rugby, and spends her weekends swimming both indoors and in open water.
