Tiggy specialises in Change and Organisation Design (OD), bringing extensive experience across financial services, compliance and regulation. She has led complex transformation programmes, including the transition to statutory mortgage regulation, the introduction of digital reporting for smaller firms, the Fast Forward OD programme at Camden Council, and initiatives to support innovation within legal services.
A trusted advisor, Tiggy is known for combining strategic insight with a people‑centred approach to transformation. She helps organisations embed sustainable change by placing employee experience at the heart of delivery, ensuring that both cultural and operational outcomes are achieved. Passionate about driving meaningful impact, Tiggy regularly shares her perspectives through thought leadership, podcasts and speaking engagements.
Alongside her consulting work, Tiggy is deeply committed to community impact. She is a Trustee and Chair of the Board at the Jessie May Trust, a Bristol‑based children’s hospice-at-home charity, where she supports the organisation’s mission to deliver vital care to families.
