Nick is an experienced transformation leader with a strong track record of delivering complex, technology-led and people-centric change. With an earlier background in strategy and insight, he brings a thoughtful, structured approach to shaping transformation portfolios and establishing high-performing PMOs for organisations such as Carlsberg and OpenText.
He combines hands-on delivery expertise with strong governance and assurance capabilities, supporting large-scale ERP, technology and organisational programmes for clients including Weetabix and Pets at Home. Known for his analytical approach and measured leadership style, Nick helps organisations navigate complexity with clarity, while maintaining focus on delivering tangible outcomes.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time outdoors, often walking his dogs as a way to reset and reflect, or working on his golf game in pursuit of ever greater consistency.
