Matt RUDD

Matt is a Policy and Insight Consultant, with expertise covering a range of sectors, including low carbon heating, energy efficiency and green skills. He has worked on policy, public affairs and research projects for a wide range of public and private sector clients across the energy efficiency and low carbon heating sector, giving him an acute understanding of the sector. Matt has experience advising low carbon heating manufacturers on both SAP & HEM. He has advised multiple manufacturers on SAP Appendix Q applications and has undertaken a review of HEM for a leading heat pump manufacturer, assessing the implications for their products. He also has excellent technical understanding of the retrofit process, having successfully gained a Level 3 Award in Domestic Retrofit Advice.
