Matt is a seasoned Delivery Lead with over a decade of experience guiding complex technology transformations across multiple sectors. He brings deep expertise in programme and project delivery, as well as organisational change, with a focus on ERP, CRM, HRIS and CMS platforms.
Prior to joining Nine Feet Tall, Matt worked within the Civil Service, where he developed a strong understanding of designing and delivering solutions that truly serve end-users. This experience also gave him valuable insight into the distinct demands and operating models of both public and private sector environments.
Matt is passionate about helping organisations embed change successfully and deliver lasting value. Outside of work, he enjoys sports and spending time outdoors, helping him maintain a balanced perspective that shapes his collaborative and pragmatic approach to solving challenges.
