James brings over 20 years of experience leading complex, technology-enabled transformation programmes across Europe, North America and Asia. He has overseen a number of high-profile initiatives, including one of the largest global Microsoft Dynamics deployments, and is known for delivering results in challenging and fast-paced environments.
Before joining Nine Feet Tall, James held senior roles at PwC and Toyota, where he built a strong track record for managing complexity and driving meaningful business outcomes. His expertise spans large-scale technology transformation, ERP delivery, AI solution design and implementation, and end-to-end programme management across the private sector.
A strong advocate for building high-performing teams, James leads Nine Feet Tall’s Portfolio and Programme Management community of practice, supporting the ongoing development of skills and capability across the organisation. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and is always striving to refine his game.
