Senior Consultant (Nine Feet Tall, a Talan Company)
Ben combines expertise in business analysis, digital strategy, and project delivery across both Agile and Waterfall environments. He is particularly interested in how technology can simplify and enable organisations, rather than add complexity, and regularly shares perspectives on ERP transformation, data-led decision-making, and the evolving impact of AI.
He has worked with organisations across a variety of sectors – including not-for-profits – supporting them to modernise their systems, streamline processes, and adopt digital capabilities with clarity and confidence.
Ben brings broad experience in delivering digital transformation programmes, including ERP selection and implementation, IT tenancy migrations, cybersecurity improvements, process optimisation, and the automation of data and reporting.
Before moving into consulting, Ben spent time in the automotive sector, restoring and racing classic cars. Outside of work, he is a keen climber, drawing on the same focus and problem-solving mindset to navigate complex challenges both on the wall and in his projects.
